OISC REGISTRATION

Since 1st May 2001 it has been a criminal offence for an immigration advisor to provide advice or services in the United in the Kingdom unless their organisation:-

• Is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC);
• Has been granted a certificate of exemption by the OISC;
• Unless the advisor is a solicitor, barrister or legal executive;

or...
The organisation is committed to obtaining a Community Legal Services Quality Mark.

All advisors working within Beder Harrison & Company have been registered with the OISC to advise on all relevant UK immigration matters.
