Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) registration (previously OISC)

Since 1st May 2001 it has been a criminal offence for an immigration advisor to provide advice or services in the United in the Kingdom unless their organisation:-

• Is registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), previously the OISC;
• Has been granted a certificate of exemption by the IAA;
• Unless the advisor is a solicitor, barrister or legal executive;

The organisation is committed to obtaining a Community Legal Services Quality Mark.
